Against the Grain, a Canadian Band, playing primarily in the Southern Ontario Region, including St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, and Fort Erie. The band consists of 3, pictured below. Our style reflects Canadian and traditional folk music as well as nontraditional, eclectic music. The variety of venues we play at include pubs, festivals, highland games, and private parties.

Having come from the band "Barley Brae", which played a lot of Celtic music, in 2001 we came together to form "Against the Grain". We carry on having fun and following our motto "We do what we do".
